Prepared a City of Chicago Exterior Facade Report for Owner. Developed repair documents, provided bidding services, and performed construction administration services for facade restoration. Facade restoration included the repair of loose concrete spalls on all elevations, routing and sealing of existing concrete cracks, and replacement of failed sealants. Back to project portfolio |
